Marketing Assistant To £24K International loyalty company specialising in the Travel and Leisure sector. We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to work within the team on direct marketing activity across offline and online digital marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include the following: Updating of web pages using Content Management system. Set-up of URLs to support online marketing acquisition activity. Broadcast of email acquisition campaigns for B2C and B2B campaigns. Amending HTML creative to support email campaigns using Dreamweaver. Amendments to images using Photoshop. Creation of new landing pages based on current creative. Briefing and testing of tracking to support PPC and SEM marketing. Re-ordering of print collateral for all marketing and member fulfilment activity that includes briefing creative updates to collateral, placing print order with print buyer, managing costs and ensuring re-order levels are set and updated when necessary. Running data selections counts and data downloads for List Rentals and in-house campaigns. Responsible for Marketing acquisition campaigns across print and digital campaigns as well as managing delivery of ewards. Broadcast of ad hoc email campaigns using external broadcast tool. Implementing planned Media insert acquisition campaigns including reporting We are looking for candidates with a good grounding in a similar environment with good working knowledge of Microsoft products including; Excel, Word and Outlook, PowerPoint, Dreamweaver and experience using a Content Management programme.
